Table, restaurant and event reservations are confirmed separately based on availability, price, number of participants and service content. Sending the contact form alone does not constitute a confirmed reservation.
Visitors must follow the restaurant casino's safety instructions, the staff's instructions, the peace of other customers and the agreed schedules. Delmoraxis has the right to refuse the service due to disruptive behavior, security risk or violation of the rules.
Casino-related services and facilities are only allowed for people over 18 years of age. Identity and age can be checked before entry. Minors do not have access to the 18+ casino lounge areas.
Gambling can be addictive. Guests are encouraged to set their own limits, take breaks and ask for help if playing feels out of control. The staff can refer you to support services.
Delmoraxis does not offer casinos, mobile gaming, game accounts, bonuses, betting tips, game strategy advice or promises of winnings. Casino-related content only applies to physical on-site entertainment services.
Payment terms, cancellation terms and possible prepayments will be announced in connection with the booking confirmation. A separate agreement can be applied to private events.
